The positives include magnificent and incredible location and parking off site.

The room we booked was big with fuctional, wine plus aircon, overall the experience was memorable.

Some people working there were not that friendly.

The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a very nice area, not far from town centre, many restaurants and the attractions. The location was excellent and unbeatable, within a close distance from Lanterne des Morts.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the town center and adjacent to a bustling pedestrian zone. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to explore the Old Town right at our doorstep. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bikes without any issues. Plus, the breakfast served in the spacious dining room was delicious.

We were surprised when we requested a cup of tea later in the day only to be told to go across the street to a cafe.

One minor drawback was that the croissants served at breakfast were a bit stale. However, there are plenty of other options available nearby, so it wasn't a major issue.

The room is neat and modest, comes with bathroom, separate toilet, as for instance. The staff are pleasant and welcoming, managed the parking off site. The location is awesome, later in the day when a cup of tea was requested was told to go across the street to the cafe.

Great location in the heart of Sarlat's 14th century town. Perfect for easy walks to cafes, restaurants, and the old city. Despite the lack of parking, the hotel offers a convenient location for exploring the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help guests. The hotel's dining area is also a nice touch, offering a cozy atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel for its prime location and friendly staff.

The place was overall clean with very very helpful and attentive staff members. The room was a nice size and equipped with wine, the bathroom, for example as described.

I had a very lovely experience here, everything was perfect, the location was excellent right by the Saturday market for which usually half of the town was occupied by people with street parking space unavailable, the main square and the stunning old town centre. The room was airy and modest, had separate bathroom. The bed was very comfy, and the staff were very very helpful...
